It doesn't get any simpler than this! I struggle to classify this as a recipe really, but hope you enjoy it anyway.
These are great with almost anything, regardless of nationality. If the barbecue is going on, just add some corn-on-the-cob to your shopping list, and away you go!
Here's the list of what you need:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cobs of corn, husks removed
What To Do
Heat the barbecue to medium
Brush the cobs of corn with olive oil
Cook for about 10 minutes, or until tender, turning regularly
